These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of echotrancehypnosis.com, our store at store.echotrancehypnosis.com, our Etsy shop, and any guided hypnosis audio sessions ("Sessions") you purchase from EchoTrance Hypnosis ("EchoTrance Hypnosis," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using our Sessions, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

EchoTrance Hypnosis is a digital-product business producing guided hypnosis audio for sleep, focus, and confidence. You can reach us at support@echotrancehypnosis.com.

Purchases and Digital Delivery

• Sessions are sold as digital audio files, delivered instantly through our store or Etsy shop. There is no physical shipment.
• Payment processing is handled by Gumroad and Etsy and their respective payment processors. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
• Because Sessions are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final. If a download fails or a file is corrupted, contact us and we'll make it right.

License to Use Sessions

When you purchase a Session, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and listen to it for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, or use our Sessions for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Not Medical or Psychological Advice

EchoTrance Hypnosis Sessions are relaxation and focus audio experiences. They are not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. We do not promise instant transformation or guaranteed results. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional before use, and do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
